摘　　要：百年大党依然风华正茂,其奥秘是坚持自我革命。党在百年自我革命的历程中通过思想革命化解了“成分多元”与“共同理想”的冲突,通过组织革命解决了“中途走丢”与“始终先进”的矛盾,通过作风革命实现了“历史考验”与“不辱使命”的统一。新时代把党的自我革命推向深入,需要冲破思想观念的束缚以赢得精神的主动,需要清除变质分子以净化党的组织,需要破除利益固化的藩篱以深化全面改革,需要超越世俗价值以塑造时代先锋。党的自我革命要在“净化”上下功夫,务必突显党内政治生活的“革命性锻造”、党纪执行的“抓早抓小”和先进性纯洁性建设的“知行合一”。The century-old Party is still in its prime.The greatest secret is to constantly push forward the party's self-revolution.The Party has solved the conflict between"diversity of components"and"common ideal"through ideological revolution,solved the contradiction between"stopover"and"being advanced all the time"through organizational revolution,and realized the unity of"severe test"and"fulfilling the mission"through style revolution.Deepening the self-revolution of the part,the new era needs to break through the fetters of ideology to win the initiative of spirit,clear out the degenerated elements to purify the party's organization,break through the barriers of interest solidification to deepen the overall reform,and jump out of the mundane value to be the vanguard of the times.In the new era,the self-revolution of the party shall focus on"purification"and must highlight the"revolutionary forging"of inner-party life,the"grasping the small early"of Party discipline implementation,and the"unity of knowledge and practice"in constructing the advanced party.
