联合治疗对高血压颈动脉硬化患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压颈动脉硬化患者采用绞芪二参汤的效果及对血管内皮功能及斑块性质的影响。方法将我院收治的高血压颈动脉硬化患者92例采用掷币法分为两组,每组46例,对照组接受苯磺酸氨氯地平片及阿托伐他汀片等常规药物治疗,观察组加用绞芪二参汤治疗,比较两组患者血管内皮功能、斑块性质。结果治疗后,观察组收缩压、舒张压、三酰甘油、总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组颈动脉内膜中层厚度、斑块面积以及斑块应变值均较对照组更低,而斑块应变率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组内皮素-1、血栓素2及血管紧张素Ⅱ均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论绞芪二参汤具有良好的降压、调脂作用,能够改善高血压颈动脉硬化患者血管内皮功能,增加斑块稳定性。Objective To explore the effect of Jiaoqi ershen decoction on patients with hypertensive carotid athero⁃sclerosis and its effect on vascular endothelial function and plaque properties.Methods The 92 patients with hyperten⁃sive carotid atherosclerosis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,46 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment such as amlodipine besylate tablets and atorvastatin tablets.The observation group was treated with Jiaoqi ershen decoction on the basis of the control group.The vascular endothelial function and plaque properties of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the observation group's systolic blood pressure,dia⁃stolic blood pressure,triacylglycerol,total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The carotid artery intima-media thickness,plaque area and plaque strain values in the observa⁃tion group were lower than those of the control group,while the plaque strain rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group's endothelin 1,thromboxane 2 and angiotensinⅡwere lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiaoqi ershen Decoction has a good effect of lowering blood pressure and regulating lipids.It can improve the vascular endothelial function and increase the stability of plaque for patients with hypertensive carotid atherosclerosis.
