摘　　要：目的研究张氏消肿定痛膏的透皮吸收物质基础。方法基于UPLC-MS/MS检测平台,结合自建数据库研究张氏消肿定痛膏及其透皮渗透液中的化学成分,并进行定性及定量分析。结果张氏消肿定痛膏中检测到542个化合物,其中黄酮类化合物122种,酚酸77种;渗透液中总共检测到422种化合物,其中酚酸71种,黄酮类化合物75种,酚酸相对质量分数占(37.83±9.23)%。结论基于UPLC-MS/MS检测平台和自建数据库能简便、高效检测张氏消肿定痛膏及其渗透液中的化合物,为该院内制剂的进一步开发提供了依据。Objective To study the material basis of Zhang’s antiswelling and relieving pain ointment. Methods Based on UPLC-MS/MS detection platform and self-built database, the chemical constituents in Zhang’s antiswelling and relieving pain ointment were studied, and the qualitative and relative quantitative analysis were conducted.Results 542 compounds were detected in Zhang’s anti-swelling and relieving pain ointment, among which 122 flavonoids and 77 phenolic acids were the most;A total of 422 compounds were detected in the permeate, including71 phenolic acids and 75 flavonoids. The relative content of phenolic acids was(37.83±9.23)%. Conclusion Based on the UPLC-MS/MS detection platform and the self-built database, the composition of Chinese medicine can be detected simply and efficiently. The main sources of transdermal absorption compounds are consistent with the prescriptions of Zhang’s antiswelling and relieving pain ointment. The research results will promote the development of preparations in the hospital.
