摘 要:换能器相位延迟的优化程度直接影响了超声相控阵对粒子操控的精确程度.本文提出了一种用于优化计算超声相控阵各换能器相位延迟的改进自适应遗传算法,该算法具有收敛快、收敛稳定和优化效果好的特点,并且该算法对阵列规模不敏感.本文以空间中4个悬浮点为例,验证了该算法对空间中任意悬浮点都有很好的优化效果,并通过搭建超声相控阵声悬浮实验装置进行悬浮实验,验证了该算法的可靠性.The optimization degree of the phase delays of the transducers directly affects the precision degree of particle manipulation by the ultrasonic phased arrays. In this paper, an improved adaptive genetic algorithm is proposed to optimize the phase delay of each transducer in ultrasonic phased arrays. The algorithm not only has the characteristics of fast convergence, stable convergence and good optimization effect, but also is insensitive to array size. Four levitation points in the space are taken as examples to verify that the algorithm has a good optimization effect on arbitrary levitation points in the space. The reliability of the algorithm is verified by building acoustic levitation experiment of ultrasonic phased arrays to conduct levitation experiments.
