摘　　要：目的:系统综述居家环境对老年人影响的最佳证据。方法:计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、the Cochrane Library、Web of Science、EMbase以及CINAHL数据库中有关居家环境对老年人影响的相关研究,检索时限为建库至2018年12月31日。根据纳入与排除标准,由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并进行系统分析。结果:共纳入31篇文献,其中居家环境对老年人跌倒影响的文献18篇,居家环境对老年人生活质量影响的文献10篇,居家环境对老年人心理健康状况影响的文献3篇。综合分析结果显示:居家环境能引起老年人跌倒的发生,影响老年人生活质量及心理健康。结论:现有证据表明,我国老年人居家环境中存在诸多不安全因素,居家环境作为基础养老模式的保障,应引起重视。Objective:To systematically review the best evidence on the effects of home environment on the elderly.Methods:Related research on the impact of the home environment on the elderly was retrieved from CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP,CBM,PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,EMbase,and CINAHL.The search time limit is from the establishment of each database to December 31,2018.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,independent screening of literature,extraction of data and systematic analysis were performed by 2 researchers.Results:A total of 31 articles were included in the study,including 18 articles on the impact of home environment on falls of the elderly,10 articles on the impact of home environment on the quality of life of the elderly,and 3 articles on the impact of home environment on the mental health of the elderly.The comprehensive analysis results showed that the home environment can cause the occurrence of falls of the elderly and affect the quality of life and mental health of the elderly.Conclusion:Current evidence shows that there are many unsafe factors in the home environment of the elderly in China,and the home environment,as the guarantee of the basic old-age care model,should arouse everyone′s attention.
