摘  要:多宝山老尾矿库北侧紧邻选矿厂和排土场,尾矿初期坝距上游选矿厂约4.8km,距下游黑宝山煤矿约7km,库内地形平坦,场区汇水面积约37.85km^(2),尾矿库原设计最终堆积标高为476m,目前多宝山尾矿库已堆至472m标高。根据矿山已探明矿石储量和开采规模,多宝山铜(钼)矿二期扩建工程服务年限为20年,多宝山老尾矿库原设计总库容仅能为多宝山矿山一期服务10年。因此,此次扩产中决定在多宝山老库址上进行加高扩容,以节约土地资源,节省工程投资。建成投产后多宝山铜(钼)矿选矿规模将达到8万t/d,并能够满足矿山设计服务年限内全部尾矿的储存要求。下面,文章重点就多宝山铜矿尾矿库加高扩容4#坝开挖施工工作展开论述。To the north of the old tailings reservoir of Duobaoshan is adjacent to the beneficiation plant and dumping site.The initial tailings dam is about 4.8km from the upstream concentrator and 7km from the downstream Heibaoshan coal mine.The topography in the reservoir is flat and the catchment area of the site is about 37.85km^(2).The original design final stacking elevation of the tailings pond was 476m,and the current Duobaoshan tailings pond has been piled to an elevation of 472m.According to the mine’s proven ore reserves and mining scale,the service life of the second phase expansion project of the Duobaoshan copper (molybdenum) mine is 20 years,and the original designed total storage capacity of the Duobaoshan old tailings pond can only serve the first phase of the Duobaoshan mine for 10 years.Therefore,during this expansion,it was decided to increase the height and capacity of the old warehouse site in Duobaoshan to save land resources and save project investment.After the completion and commissioning,the beneficiation scale of the Duobaoshan copper (molybdenum) mine will reach 80,000 t/d,and it will be able to meet the storage requirements of all tailings within the design service life of the mine.Below,the article focuses on the excavation and construction work of the 4# dam for the heightening and capacity expansion of the tailings reservoir of Duobaoshan Copper Mine.
