摘 要:铁基非晶涂层因其特殊的无序结构而具有各向同性,同时兼有高强度、高韧性和优良的耐磨耐蚀性等特性。热喷涂具有可喷涂材料范围广、不受基体形状和尺寸限制等特点是制备铁基非晶涂层的重要手段之一。本文针对热喷涂制备铁基非晶涂层的研究进展,从涂层成分调控和性能研究等方面进行了综合评述。在综合前人研究成果的基础上对热喷涂制备铁基非晶涂层的发展进行了展望。Fe-based amorphous coating has the characteristics of high strength,high toughness and excellent wear and corrosion resistance due to its special disordered structure.Thermal spraying is one of the most important methods for the preparation of Fe-based amorphous coatings,which has the characteristics of wide range of materials and free from the restriction of matrix shape and size.In this paper,the research progress of Fe-based amorphous coatings prepared by thermal spraying is reviewed from the aspects of composition regulation and properties of coatings.On the basis of summarizing the previous research results,the development of Fe-based amorphous coatings prepared by thermal spraying is prospected.
