摘 要:一种热敏材料生产过程中产生的废水成分复杂,化学需氧量(COD)值高,处理困难,通常需要两种或多种水处理工艺组合才能达到水处理排放标准。通过实验比较不同的处理方案,最终确定絮凝沉降法对车间生产废水进行预处理,并摸索了药品投加量对絮凝沉降效果的影响。通过絮凝沉降法预处理后,废水的COD去除率可达88.6%,为后续进一步进行高级氧化、膜处理或者生物处理等奠定良好的基础。The wastewater produced in the production process of a thermal sensitive material has complex composition,high COD value and difficult treatment.It usually requires two or more water treatment processes to meet the discharge standard of water treatment.By comparing different treatment schemes,the pretreatment of workshop wastewater by flocculation sedimentation method was finally determined,and the influence of drug dosage on flocculation sedimentation effect was explored.After pretreatment by flocculation sedimentation method,the COD removal rate of wastewater can reach 88.6%,which lays a good foundation for further advanced oxidation,membrane treatment or biological treatment.
