摘  要:为明确杂交稻品种广优3186的产量、抗性、稻米品质、农艺性状等生物学特性及产量结构特征,根据其参加福建中稻区域试验的结果,分析其生物学特性并对其产量结构进行统计分析。结果表明,广优3186高产稳产、米质优、中抗稻瘟病。穗粒数、穗数、千粒质量、结实率对产量的贡献率分别为43.5%、33.7%、8.5%、10.0%。穗数和穗粒数对总粒数的贡献率分别为29.2%和69.1%;总粒数、千粒质量对库容量的贡献率分别为88.2%、11.5%;库容量、结实率对产量的贡献率分别为87.5%、10.9%。广优3186高产的关键是稳定穗数,培育大穗,增加单位面积的总粒数,扩大库容量。In order to reveal the structural characteristics of the high yield and high quality hybrid rice Guangyou 3186,we analyzed its biological characterisitics,such as rice quality,blast resistance,and agronomic traits,according to the plot trial of Guangyou 3186 in Fujian Province.In addition,the correlation analysis and path analysis between yield and component factors of yield were conducted.The results showed that Guangyou 3186 had the characteristics of high and stable yield,high-quality,and medium-resistance to rice blast.The analysis of yield structure indicated that the contribution of grain number per spike,spike number per hectare,1000-grain weight,and seed-setting rate to yield was 43.5%,33.7%,8.5%and 10.0%,respectively.The contribution of spike number per hectare and grain number per spike to total grain number came up to 29.2%and 69.1%,respectively.The contribution of total grain number to sink capacity reached 88.2%,while that of 1000-grain weight was 11.5%.The contribution of sink capacity to rice yield was 87.5%,while that of seedsetting rate was 10.9%.The keys to high yield of Guangyou 3186 are cultivating large spikes,increasing the total grain numbers per unit area and enlarging sink capacity based on the full spikes.
