摘　　要：目的分析注射用辅酶Ⅰ治疗心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年6月在我院心内科住院治疗的65例心力衰竭患者,根据用药情况将其分为对照组(33例)和研究组(32例)。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予注射用辅酶Ⅰ治疗。比较两组治疗前、后的左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVDD)、B型利钠肽(BNP)水平及6分钟步行实验(6MWT)。记录两组的住院时间及28 d内死亡率。结果治疗前,两组的LVEF、LVDD、BNP水平及6MWT比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的LVEF均较治疗前升高,LVDD及BNP水平均较治疗前降低,6MWT均较治疗前延长,且研究组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的平均住院时间为(8.12±4.15)d,研究组的平均住院时间为(8.55±4.05)d,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组的28 d内死亡率为6.06%,研究组的28 d内死亡率为0%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论注射用辅酶Ⅰ治疗心力衰竭的效果显著,能提高LVEF,降低LVDD及BNP水平,延长6MWT,且安全性较高,值得临床探索应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of coenzymeⅠfor injection in the treatment of patients with heart failure.Methods Sixty-five patients with heart failure hospitalized in the internal medicine-cardiovascular department of our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group(33 cases)and study group(32 cases)according to the medication.The control group was given routine treatment,and the study group was given coenzymeⅠfor injection treatment on the basis of the control group.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDD),B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)level and 6-minute walk test(6MWT)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The hospital stay and mortality within 28 d were recorded.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in LVEF,LVDD,BNP level and 6MWT between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the LVEF of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,the LVDD and BNP levels were lower than those before treatment,the 6MWT was longer than that before treatment,and those in the study group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average hospital stay of the control group was(8.12±4.15)d and that of the study group was(8.55±4.05)d,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The mortality within 28 d of the control group was 6.06%and that of the study group was 0%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion CoenzymeⅠfor injection in the treatment of heart failure has a significant effect,it can improve the LVEF,reduce the LVDD and BNP level,prolong 6MWT,and has higher safety,which is worthy of clinical exploration and application.
