中医综合方案治疗偏头痛的临床效果及对患者5-HT、NF-κB、NO水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析中医综合方案治疗偏头痛的临床效果及对患者5-HT、NF-κB、NO水平的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月就诊于本院的88例偏头痛患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各44例。对照组采用西药治疗(氟桂利嗪胶囊),研究组采用中医综合方案(针刺、中药内服、穴位贴敷)。比较两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛程度及血清相关指标。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的81.82%(P<0.05)。治疗后7、14 d,研究组的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后7 d,研究组的5-HT水平高于对照组,NF-κB、NO水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医综合方案有助于减轻或消除偏头痛患者的头痛症状,调节血清5-HT、NF-κB、NO水平,提升临床疗效。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine comprehensive regimen for migraine and its influence on 5-HT,NF-κB and NO levels in patients.Methods A total of 88 migraine patients admitted in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine(flunarizine capsule),and the study group was treated with Chinese medicine comprehensive regimen(acupuncture,internal medicine,acupoint application).The clinical efficacy,pain degree and serum related indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.45%,which was higher than 81.82%in the control group(P<0.05).At 7 and 14 d after treatment,the VAS score of the study group were lower than of the control group(P<0.05).At 7 and 14 d after treatment,the level of 5-HT in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the levels of NF-κB and NO were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Chinese medicine comprehensive regimen can alleviate or eliminate the headache symptoms of migraine patients,regulate the levels of 5-HT,NF-κB and NO,and improve the clinical efficacy.
