多体位护理在复杂性眼外伤患者玻璃体视网膜联合手术后的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨多体位护理在复杂性眼外伤患者玻璃体视网膜联合手术后的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月本院收治的500例复杂性眼外伤患者作为研究对象,遵循随机原则将其分为对照组(n=248)与研究组(n=252)。患者均接受玻璃体视网膜联合手术治疗,对照组给予常规体位护理,研究组给予多体位护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组的术后1周、1个月内每晚睡眠时间长于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后第7天,研究组的视力高于对照组,眼压低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后第1、3、7天,研究组的舒适度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多体位护理应用于复杂性眼外伤患者玻璃体视网膜联合手术后,对提升患者舒适度、促进视力恢复、减少并发症有积极意义。Objective To investigate the application effect of multi-position nursing in patients with complicated ocular trauma after vitreoretinal combined surgery.Methods A total of 500 patients with complicated ocular trauma admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=248)and study group(n=252)according to the principle of randomization.All patients received vitreoretinal combined surgery treatment.The control group was given routine postural nursing,and the study group was given multi-position nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The sleep time per night within 1 week and 1 month after operation in the study group were longer than those in the control group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).On the 7th day after operation,the visual acuity of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the intraocular pressure was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).On the 1st,3rd and 7th day after operation,the comfort score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-position nursing after vitreoretinal combined surgery applied in patients with complicated ocular trauma is of positive significance to improve patients'comfort,promote visual acuity recovery and reduce complications.
