摘 要:目的探究格林模式健康教育干预对早产儿母亲照护能力和育儿胜任感的影响。方法将我院新生儿重症病房(NICU)治疗的60例早产儿及其母亲根据住院号的单双号分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组给予传统护理方式和常规育儿指导,试验组给予格林模式健康教育干预。比较两组早产儿母亲的照护能力、育儿胜任感、干预依从性评分。结果干预后1个月,两组的照护知识、照护技能、效能维度、满意度维度评分及总评分均高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后1个月,试验组的干预依从性各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论格林模式健康教育干预可提高早产儿母亲的照护能力、育儿胜任感和干预依从性。Objective To explore the effects of green model health education intervention on nursing ability and parenting competence of preterm's mothers.Methods Sixty preterm and their mothers treated in the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)of our hospital were divided into control group and experimental group according to single and double mumber of hospitailixation number,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing method and routine parenting guidance,and the experimental group was given green model health education intervention.The scores of nursing ability,parenting competence and intervention compliance of preterm's mothers were compared between the two groups.Results One month after intervention,the nursing knowledge,nursing skills,efficacy dimension,satisfaction dimension scores and total score of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).One month after intervention,the intervention compliance scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Green model health education intervention can improve the nursing ability,parenting competence and intervention compliance of preterm's mothers.
