基于PDCA模式的QCC活动对检验窗口静脉采血人员等候时间及采血标本不合格率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于PDCA模式的QCC活动对检验窗口静脉采血人员等候时间及采血标本不合格率的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2020年1月接受血液标本采集的150例患者为对照组,2020年2月至6月接受血液标本采集的150例患者为观察组。对照组实施常规管理模式,观察组采取基于PDCA模式的QCC活动。比较两组的管理效果。结果观察组的患者等候时间、采血时间、检验时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的标本不合格总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护士静脉操作考核得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床检验中实施基于PDCA模式的QCC活动能显著缩短患者等候时间,降低采血标本不合格率,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the effects of QCC activity based on PDCA mode on the waiting time of venous blood collection personnel in the inspection window and the unqualified rate of blood samples.Methods A total of 150 patients who received blood samples collection from June 2019 to January 2020 were selected as control group and 150 patients who received blood samples collection from February to June 2020 were selected as observation group.The control group implemented routine management mode,and the observation group adopted QCC activity based on PDCA mode.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The waiting time of patients,blood collection time and test time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of unqualified samples in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of venous operation examination of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of QCC activity based on PDCA mode in clinical examination can significantly shorten the waiting time of patients,reduce the unqualified rate of blood samples and improve satisfaction of patienes.
