摘  要:流量测量在泵站现场测试中起到重要的作用。以刘老涧泵站工程为背景,介绍时差式超声波流量计的测流原理与测流方法,并根据现场应用的经验,进行渠道清淤、安装位置等调整。经过现场测试,流量综合不确定度为0.830%,满足SL 548—2012《泵站现场测试与安全检测规程》的精度要求。将实测数据与物理模型试验结果进行对比,在测试扬程2.69~3.42 m范围内,现场测试的流量数值与模型试验换算结果相比基本偏小。Flow measurement plays an important role in field test of pump station.This paper takes Liulaojian Pumping Station as engineering background,introduces flow measurement principle and flow method of time-difference ultrasonic flowmeter,and adjusts channel silting and installation position according to field application experience.The comprehensive uncertainty of flow measurement is 0.830%and less than 1%,which meets the accuracy requirements of SL 548—2012 the code of practice of field testing of performance and safety for pumping station.By comparing the measured data with the physical model test results,in the range of test head 2.69~3.42 m,the flow value tested in the field is smaller than that converted by the model test.
