摘　　要：临床上,冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后出现焦虑、抑郁十分常见。随着"双心健康"概念的提出,心脏、心理双重诊疗策略逐渐受到重视。国医大师邓铁涛教授以"五脏相关"学说为基础,认为PCI病机当属本虚标实,本虚以心脾亏虚为主,标实以痰浊瘀血为主,并据此提出"五脏相关,病位在心,以脾为本,他脏为标"的论治体系,重在补虚,兼以祛邪,以邓氏温胆汤为基础方,随证加减,注重五脏调护,临床疗效显著。Anxiety and depression are quite common in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in the clinical setting.Increasing attention has been paid to the dual diagnosis and treatment strategy of heart and psychology with the proposal of the concept of“cardiac and mental health”.National TCM master Deng Tietao believes that the pathogenesis of PCI should be deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.The deficiency of heart and spleen is the main sign of the deficiency in origin,while excess in superficiality is manifested primarily in phlegm turbidity and blood stasis.Accordingly,Professor Deng proposes the theory and treatment system of“correlation of the five internal organs,the heart as the location of disease,spleen as the root cause,and other viscera as the symptom”.This method focuses on tonifying deficiency,combined with eliminating pathogenic factors.This study used Deng’s Wendan Decoction as the basic formula,and a modified formula was made in accordance with signs,with attention paid to the care of the five internal organs.The clinical efficacy was significant.
