国医大师薛伯寿辨治慢性胃炎经验初探

摘　　要：国医大师薛伯寿教授临证对慢性胃炎着重辨脏腑寒热虚实,治以通降阳明为原则,重视"气以通为补,血以和为补"在临床中的运用。本文初步总结薛教授辨治慢性胃炎经验,介绍薛教授常用药方、辨证思路,并通过验案进行示例解说,以供临床参考。National TCM master Xue Boshou focuses on the clinical application of chronic gastritis by distinguishing the deficiency and excess of cold and heat in the viscera,setting stimulating and reducing Yangming as the treatment principle,and attaching importance to the clinical application of“qi supplemented by regulating,and blood supplemented by harmony”.This article preliminary summarized Professor Xue’s experience in treating chronic gastritis based on differentiation and treatment,introduced his commonly used prescriptions and syndrome differentiation ideas,and gave examples and explanations through proven cases,which can be used for clinical reference.
