中药促治疗性血管新生研究进展

摘　　要：由于缺血性疾病(如心肌缺血、缺血性脑卒中、外周血管疾病及伤口难愈等)与血管新生密切相关,因此治疗性血管新生已成为缺血性疾病治疗的新策略。中药在缺血性疾病的治疗中具有可靠的临床实践。研究显示,不少中药提取物、有效成分及复方具有促治疗性血管新生的作用。本文对近年来相关研究进行梳理,对其作用机制进行归纳总结,以便充分了解促治疗性血管新生中药的作用机制及其主要活性成分,为血管新生相关疾病的治疗提供依据。As ischemic diseases(such as myocardial ischemia,ischemic stroke,peripheral vascular diseases and wound healing)are closely related to angiogenesis,therapeutic angiogenesis has become a new strategy for the treatment of ischemic diseases.Chinese materia medica has reliable clinical practice in the treatment of ischemic diseases.Studies have shown that many Chinese materia medica extracts,active components and compounds have the effect of promoting therapeutic angiogenesis.This article reviewed the related research in recent years and summarized its mechanism of action,in order to fully understand the mechanism of action of these drugs and their main active components,and provide a basis for the treatment of angiogenesis-related diseases.
