摘  要:灵芝、冬虫夏草、蛹虫草、茯苓、猪苓、桦褐孔菌、桑黄、香菇等药用真菌均显示出一定的抗肿瘤作用,可作用于乳腺癌、肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、甲状腺癌、胰腺癌、卵巢癌、神经胶质瘤、膀胱癌等不同种类癌症,抗肿瘤作用成分包括多糖、三萜、有机酸、醇类、酚类、甾体等,主要作用机制有提高机体免疫力、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和迁移、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡及自噬性死亡等,还可改善机体肠道菌群的紊乱状态。药用真菌抗肿瘤作用有多成分、多途径的特点,抑制肿瘤效果多与浓度、提取部位及炮制工艺等有关。本文对近年来药用真菌抗肿瘤作用机制研究进行梳理,以为临床运用药用真菌抗肿瘤提供参考。Ganoderma,Cordyceps,Cordyceps militaris,Poria,Polyporus,Inonotus obliquus,Phellinus igniarius,Lentinus edodes and other medicinal fungi have shown certain antitumor effects,which can be used for breast cancer,lung cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,thyroid cancer,pancreatic cancer,ovarian cancer,glioma,bladder cancer and other types of cancer.The anti-tumor components include polysaccharides,triterpenoids,organic acids,alcohols,phenols,steroids and so on.The main mechanism of action can not only improve immunity,inhibit tumor cell proliferation and migration,induce tumor cell apoptosis and autophagic death,but also improve the disorder of intestinal flora.The antitumor effect of medicinal fungi has the characteristics of multi-component and multi-channel.The antitumor effect is mostly related to concentration,extraction parts and processing technology.This article combs the research on anti-tumor mechanism of medicinal fungi in recent years,which can provide reference for clinical application of medicinal fungi in antitumor.
