摘　　要：乳腺肿物是女性乳腺疾病的常见体征之一,严重影响女性的身心健康。乳腺肿物的早期发现及诊断对乳腺疾病的治疗具有积极意义。目前,钼靶X线和超声影像学方法是乳腺肿物临床诊断的主要手段。其中,超声成像因具有无创伤、无辐射、实时动态成像等优点,在乳腺癌早期诊断、乳腺病变性质鉴别等方面发挥重要作用。但由于乳腺疾病影像学检查报告中对乳腺病灶特征缺乏标准化、规范化的术语描述,乳腺疾病的诊疗水平降低。而超声乳腺影像报告数据系统的应用可提高临床医师对乳腺疾病的诊断水平,使更多乳腺疾病患者得到及时治疗,也可以为乳腺肿瘤的早期临床诊断提供一定依据。Breast masses is one of the common signs of female breast diseases,which seriously affects women′s physical and mental health.The early discovery and diagnosis of breast masses are of positive significance for the treatment of breast diseases.At present,molybdenum target X-ray and ultrasonic imaging methods are the main means of clinical diagnosis of breast tumors.Ultrasonic imaging plays an important role in the early diagnosis of breast cancer and the identification of breast lesions because it has the advantages of no trauma,no radiation and real-time dynamic imaging.However,due to the lack of standardized and normalized term description of the characteristics of breast lesions in the imaging examination report of breast diseases,the level of diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases is reduced.The application of ultrasonic breast image reporting and data system can improve the diagnosis level of the clinicians of breast disease,so that more patients can be treated in time,and a certain basis for the early clinical diagnosis of breast tumors can be provided.
