摘　　要：生长速度可反映儿童体格生长的动态变化,动态观察生长速度有助于早期发现体格发育异常。目前关于生长速度的表达方法存在一定的争议,尚缺乏不同发育阶段生长速度的参照值。通过纵向随访观察或横断面调查均可探索生长速度的一般规律。现有条件下,充分利用历次我国九市7岁以下儿童体格发育调查的结果,可为建立生长速度参照值提供较为实用的路径,但需经多中心大样本纵向随访进一步论证。这对于及早发现儿童生长速度的异常变化,积极预防体格发育偏离/障碍具有重要意义。The growth rate reflects the dynamic changes of children′s physical growth,and dynamic observation of growth rate is helpful to early detection of abnormal growth in physical development.At present,there are certain controversies about the expression method of growth rate,and there is no reference value of growth rate in different development stages.The general rule of growth rate can be explored by longitudinal follow-up observation or cross-sectional survey.Under the existing conditions,making full use of the results of previous physical development surveys of children under seven years old in nine cities of China,can provide a more practical path for establishing the reference value of growth rate.However,it needs to be further demonstrated by longitudinal follow-up of multi-center large sample.It is of great significance for early detection of abnormal changes in children′s growth rate and active prevention of physical developmental disorder/deviation.
