摘  要:面神经损伤是临床常见的外周神经损伤之一。尽量少用或不用自体组织修复缺损组织的组织工程技术已应用于面神经修复,其中多种来源的干细胞通过分化为具有施万细胞表型的细胞替代施万细胞发挥作用。生物活性因子通过模拟神经修复再生过程中的生化刺激促进面神经的再生。除支撑作用外,面神经组织工程支架可通过运载干细胞和生物活性因子,或直接发挥自身材料特性招募细胞或诱导细胞分化等,并可通过干细胞、生物活性因子、生物支架实现神经组织工程的血管化。Facial nerve injury is one of the common peripheral nerve injuries in clinic.Facial tissue engineering technology,with little or no autogenous tissue to repair tissue defects,has been applied to facial nerve reconstruction.Stem cells from multiple sources take the place of Schwann cells by differentiating into cells with phenotype of Schwann cells.Bioactive factors promote the regeneration of facial nerve by simulating biochemical stimulation released in the process of nerve reconstruction or regeneration.Besides its function of supporting,the stent of facial tissue engineering technology also recruits cells or induces cell differentiation by carrying cells and bioactive factors,as well as by playing its own material characteristics.In addition,the vascularization of nerve tissue engineering can also be realized through stem cells,bioactive factors and biological scaffolds.
