摘　　要：病理性瘢痕可引起皮肤挛缩和瘙痒等症状,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前的病理性瘢痕治疗方法疗效不佳,且患者依从性较差。激光辅助药物传输(LADD)治疗病理性瘢痕的疗效显著,且可减少局部用药剂量和浓度,从而减少药物不良反应,减轻患者痛苦。目前已有多种激光应用于病理性瘢痕的治疗,且均取得了良好的疗效,同时激光还可辅助药物的传输,有利于临床医师为患者制订个体化治疗方案。未来将多种激光和药物应用于LADD技术可为病理性瘢痕的治疗提供新思路。Pathological scars cause symptoms such as skin contractures and itching,which seriously affect the work and life of patients.Existing treatments have poor therapeutic effects and low patient compliance,and their treatment has been a difficult problem for the dermatologists and surgeons.Laser-assisted drug delivery(LADD)is effective in the treatment of pathological scars,and can reduce the dose and concentration of local medication,thereby reducing the adverse drug effects and the pain of patients.At present,a variety of lasers have been applied in laser-assisted drug delivery for the treatment of pathological scars,which has achieved good efficacy,and lasers can assist the delivery of a variety of drugs and help the clinicians to develop individualized treatment plan for the patients.In the future,the application of a variety of lasers and drugs in LADD technology can provide new ideas for the treatment of pathological scars.
