摘 要:将聚醚醚酮(PEEK)与浓硫酸混合,得到了磺化度为73.49%的磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK);在SPEEK中加入不同含量的聚丙烯腈(PAN),通过静电纺丝制备出了纳米纤维型质子交换膜(S/P复合膜)。通过热压,减小了纤维膜内的孔隙和厚度,有效降低了膜内的燃料分子渗透现象与传导阻抗。结果显示,当PAN质量分数为5%时,S/P复合膜具有与Nafion 211膜相近的吸水溶胀率,但有更高的质子传导率与机械性能。在70℃,100%湿度条件下,S/P复合膜具有更大的输出功率。The sulfonated polyetheretherketone(SPEEK)with a degree of sulfonation 73.49%was fabricated by mixing polyetheretherketone(PEEK)with concentrated sulfuric acid.SPEEK/PAN composite proton exchange membrane(S/P composite membrane)was prepared by electrospinning from solution composed of different ratio of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)and SPEEK.And then,the thickness and inner pore structure of the membrane were effectively reduced by hot pressing,which is conducive to reducing the permeability of fuel molecules in the membrane.The results show that when the mass fraction of PAN is 5%,the S/P composite membrane has similar water absorption and swelling rate as Nafion 211 membrane,but has higher proton conductivity and mechanical properties.At 70℃and 100%humidity,the S/P composite film has higher output power.
