摘　　要：本文以南昌大学在校生为调查对象,以定量调查和定性调查结合的方式,研究目前大学生群体参加基本医疗保险的现状,分析影响其参保行为和意愿的因素,并提出相关建议,助推全民医疗保险制度更加完善。本文认为应明确高校宣传主体责任,加大宣传力度;建立健全门诊共济保障机制,提高保障水平;简化报销流程,特别是异地就医费用结算流程,优化服务。Taking the students in Nanchang University as the survey object,this paper studies the current situation of college students'participation in basic medical insurance,analyzes the factors aff ecting their participation behavior and willingness,and puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the improvement of the national medical insurance system.This paper holds that the main responsibility of publicity in Colleges and universities should be clarifi ed and publicity should be strengthened.We should establish and improve the outpatient mutual aid guarantee mechanism and improve the guarantee level.At the same time,we should simplify the reimbursement process,especially the settlement process of medical expenses in diff erent places,and optimize services.
