摘  要:饲粮纤维对肠道免疫调控的途径主要是通过饲粮纤维-肠道菌群-黏膜屏障来实现的。但近年研究报道,将饲粮纤维的肠道免疫调控根据菌群的依赖性分为“独立效应”和“非独立效应”。其中,饲粮纤维-肠道菌群-黏膜屏障生理轴作为饲粮纤维对肠道免疫的非独立效应途径,而饲粮纤维也可不依赖菌群直接对肠道免疫调控直接作用。文章就饲粮纤维“独立效应”从对肠道上皮屏障功能的影响、基于肠道上皮细胞的免疫功能效应和调节肠道免疫的潜在分子机制进行综述,为饲粮纤维对动物肠道免疫调控的独立效应提供理论依据。Dietary fiber regulates intestinal immunity mainly through dietary fiber-intestinal microbiota mucosal barrier.However,in recent years,studies have classified the intestinal immune regulation of dietary fiber into"independent effect"and"independent effect",according to the dependence of microflo⁃ra.Among them,dietary fiber-intestinal flora-physiological axis of mucosal barrier serves as an indepen⁃dent effect pathway of dietary fiber on intestinal immunity,and dietary fiber is independent of the direct effect of flora on intestinal immune regulation.In this paper,the dietary fiber"independent effect"of the latter was reviewed from the aspects of the effect on intestinal epithelial barrier function,the immune function effect based on intestinal epithelial cells and the potential molecular mechanism of regulating in⁃testinal immunity,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the independent effect of dietary fiber on the regulation of intestinal immunity in animals.
