摘  要:为了研究溶菌酶添加饲料对热应激肉鸡肠道健康的影响,采用单因素随机设计试验,将800只1日龄的健康肉鸡随机分为4组(对照组、热应激组、抗生素添加热应激组和溶菌酶添加热应激组),每组10个重复,每个重复20只。在试验第42 d分别检测空肠黏膜炎症因子和紧密连接蛋白mRNA表达水平、绒毛高度、隐窝深度以及抗氧化状态。结果表明,与热应激组相比,溶菌酶能够显著降低肉鸡肠黏膜中IL-1β、IL-6和iNOS mRNA的表达水平(P<0.05);溶菌酶添加组肉鸡肠黏膜紧密连接相关蛋白Claudin-1、Claudin-5以及ZO-1 mRNA表达水平显著升高(P<0.05);与此同时,溶菌酶添加组肉鸡回肠绒毛高度显著增加(P<0.05),肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度比率明显变大(P<0.05);溶菌酶添加还能改善肉鸡氧化应激状态,肉鸡血清中MDA水平显著降低(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px和TAOC活性显著升高(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,添加溶菌酶能够缓解热应激肉鸡的肠道炎症和氧化应激反应,改善肠道形态并提高动物肠道屏障功能。In order to investigate the effects of lysozyme supplementation on intestinal health of heat stressed broiler chickens.A single-factor randomized design experiment was conducted.Totel of 800 one-dayold healthy broiler chickens were randomly divided into four groups(control group,heat stress group,heat stress with antibiotic group and heat stress with lysozyme group)with 10 replicates per group and 20 broiler chickens per replicate.On the 42nd day of the experiment,inflammatory factors,tight junctions,the jejunum villus height,crypt depth and the antioxidant status of broiler chickens under heat stress were ana⁃lyzed.The results showed that lysozyme could significantly decrease the mRNA expression levels of IL-1β,IL-6,and iNOS in intestinal mucosa of broiler chickens(P<0.05);the mRNA expression levels of claudin 1,claudin-5 and ZO-1 in intestinal mucosa of broiler chickens were significantly increased in lysozyme supplementation group(P<0.05);at the same time,lysozyme supplementation group significantly increased ileum villus height of broiler chickens(P<0.05),the ratio of villus height to crypt depth was significantly in⁃creased(P<0.05),improved the nutrient utilization efficiency of broiler chickens;lysozyme supplementa⁃tion also enhanced the response of broiler chickens to oxidative stress injury,and the serum MDA level of broilers decreased significantly(P<0.05),SOD,GSHPx and TAOC contents were significantly increased(P<0.05).The results of this study indicated that lysozyme supplementation could relieve the occurrence of in⁃testinal inflammation,improve the absorption effi⁃ciency of nutrients and improve the intestinal mor⁃phology of broiler chickens under heat stress.
