摘 要:为了做好变电站单相接地故障处理,论述了构筑消弧线圈系统、站内单相接地保护和调度自动化系统自动推拉这三道防线的关键技术问题。分析了消弧线圈的重要作用以及集中式单相接地选线保护和分散式线路单相接地保护的特点,指出现场系统测试的重要性并论述了测试方法,介绍了西安市三环以内56个变电站构筑单相接地故障处理三道防线的实践案例。应用成效表明,构筑三道防线是单相接地故障处理的坚强保障,开展现场系统级测试是支撑三道防线建设的必要手段。In order to deal with single-phase earth fault in substations,the key technical issues of building three defensive lines were discussed including arc suppression coil system,single-phase grounding protection in the station,and automatic push-pull of dispatching automation system.The important role of the arc suppression coil and the characteristics of centralized and distributed faulty line selection protection were analyzed.This paper pointed out the importance of on-site system testing,discussed the test methods,and introduced the application of three defensive lines for single-phase grounding fault handling in Xi’an.The application results showed that the construction of three defensive lines was a strong guarantee for single-phase earth fault handling,and the on-site system-level testing was a necessary means to support the construction of the three defensive lines.
