麻杏石甘汤加减治疗脑出血术后发热验案1例

摘　　要：通过对运用麻杏石甘汤加减方治疗脑出血术后发热不退病例的回顾,分析治疗过程中的临床思维及用药配辩证方法,结合对组方中主要作用药物的药理作用分析,证实麻杏石甘汤加减方中所含药物在不同程度上具有退热、抑制炎症、调节免疫的功能,为临床古方新用提供经验。By reviewing the application of classical MaXingShiGan Decoction to treat cerebral hemorrhage cases of postoperative fever,this paper analyzes clinical thinking during the process of treatment and medication with dialectical method.Combined with the analysis of the pharmacological effects of the main drugs in the prescrip⁃tion,it is confirmed that the drugs contained in the MaXingShiGan Decoction have the functions of antipyretic,inhibiting inflammation and regulating immunity to varying degrees,so as to provide experience for the new use of ancient prescriptions.
