摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对直肠癌放疗患者并发症的影响。方法选择我院2018年6月~2020年6月放疗中心接收的直肠癌患者98例,随机分为干预组48例与对照组50例,2组均接受常规放疗护理,干预组在整个放疗过程中给予有针对性的护理干预。结果98例直肠癌患者均顺利完成了放疗。有针对性护理干预能明显减轻放射性直肠炎,放射性膀胱炎,放射性皮肤反应,造血系统毒性等发生率也明显降低,另外,干预组的护理服务满意度明显提升。结论有针对性的护理干预能明显减轻直肠癌患者放疗并发症的发生,提高了患者的护理满意度。Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on the complications of rectal cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy.Methods A total of 98 patients with rectal cancer received from the Department of Ra⁃diotherapy in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into intervention group(n=48)and control group(n=50).Both groups received routine radiotherapy care.Meanwhile,nursing in⁃terventions were applied only in intervention group.Results All 98 patients successfully completed radiotherapy.The incidence of radiation proctitis,radiation cystitis,radiation skin reaction,hematopoiesis system toxicity was significantly reduced,and the satisfaction of nursing service was significantly improved in intervention group.Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of radiotherapy complications and im⁃prove the patients'nursing satisfaction.
