摘　　要：运用文献资料法等,分析美国青少年棒球后备人才培养体系的主要特点,总结基本经验及启示。棒球运动因其独特的文化底蕴及项目特点,在美国逐渐形成由职业体育组织、学校体育组织、社会培训机构三方协同治理的青少年后备人才培养体系,体系特征:多组织协同打造青少年后备人才库;专业化模式保障青少年可持续性成长;高水平联赛提供青少年晋级平台。对我国的启示:以运动参与为媒介,吸引社会各界关注;以体教融合为契机,完善棒球组织体系;以全面发展为目标,培养多元后备人才;以科学训练为重点,提升教练职业素养;以学校体育为基础,构建校园联赛体系。By using the method of literature review,this paper analyzed the main characteristics of American youth baseball reserve talent training system,summarized the basic experience and its enlightenment to China.Because of its unique cultural heritage and sport characteristics,baseball has gradually formed a youth reserve talent training system in the United States that is coordinated by professional sports organizations,school sports organizations and social training institutions.The characteristics of the system lies in multi-organization cooperation to build a youth reserve talent pool,professional model to guarantee the sustainable growth of young people,high-level leagues to provide a platform for youth promotion.Enlightenment to China:We should utilize sports participation as a medium to attract the attention of all sectors of society,take the integration of sports and education as an opportunity to improve the baseball organization system,aim at all-round development to cultivate diverse reserve talents,focus on scientific training to improve the professional quality of coaches,and build a campus league system on the basis of school sports.
