摘　　要：运用文献资料和逻辑归纳等方法,在北京冬奥会背景下,剖析冰雪运动小镇建设的机遇、困境与对策。北京冬奥会视域下冰雪运动小镇建设的机遇:群众人数基础、政策红利支持、产业集群溢出效应;面临的困境:运营机制不健全、生态环境保护意识薄弱、基础设施建设不完善、冰雪行业人才匮乏。对策:坚持可持续发展引领,创新运营机制建设;坚持绿色发展理念,推进生态文明建设;坚持做强装备制造,促进基础设施建设;坚持多方合作共建,加快人才培养建设;加强研发投入力度,助力小镇升级建设。By using the methods of literature review and logical induction,this paper analyzed the development opportunities and practical problems of the construction of ice and snow sports town under the background of Beijing Winter Olympic Games,and put forward countermeasures.Under the vision of Beijing Winter Olympic Games,the opportunities for the construction of ice and snow sports towns include mass population base,policy dividend support and industrial cluster spillover effect.The difficulties lie in imperfect operation mechanism,weak awareness of ecological and environmental protection,imperfect infrastructure construction and lack of talents in the ice and snow industry.Countermeasures:We should adhere to the guidance of sustainable development to innovate the construction of operation mechanism,adhere to the concept of green development to promote the construction of ecological civilization,adhere to strengthening equipment manufacturing to promote infrastructure construction,adhere to the construction of multi-party cooperation to speed up the construction of talent training,and adhere to the investment of research and development to help the town upgrade construction.
