摘　　要：虚拟现实(Virtual reality,VR)是计算机生成的三维环境模拟,人们可以用它以看似真实的方式进行交互。近年随着VR产业的蓬勃发展,越来越多VR技术被应用医学领域,特别是临床医学实践。这一技术在临床内科学实践中的广泛应用既可以增加医学生对于手术操作的真实感,极大的提高学习兴趣和操作技能,又可以减少对临床患者的伤害。本文主要阐述了虚拟现实技术在临床内科学实践中的应用现状和进展,VR技术越来越多的应用在临床内科学体格检查方面,提高了医学生临床技能的教学效果。随着基于VR技术开发的硬件、软件的推广,其在内科临床操作如内镜操作、影像学结果判读、微创介入训练等方面也应用广泛。同时VR技术在操作训练的同时也可通过角色建模来进行配合演练,提高医学生在检查过程中的医患沟通以及与其他操作人员的配合。VR技术在临床内科实践中的应用极大的提高了临床内科学实践的效果和医学生的学习兴趣,有利于内科教学整体水平的提高。Virtual reality(VR)is a computer-generated three-dimensional environmental simulation with which one can interact in a seemingly real way.In recent years,with the booming development of VR industry,more and more VR technologies have been applied in the medical field,especially in clinical medical practice.The wide application of technology in clinical internal medicine practice can not only increase the realism of medical students for surgical operation,greatly improve learning interest and operating skills,but also reduce the harm to clinical patients.This article mainly expounds the application status and progress of virtual reality technology in clinical internal medicine practice,and more and more applications of VR technology in clinical internal medicine physical examination improve the teaching effect of clinical skills of medical students.With the promotion of hardware and software developed based on VR technology,it is also widely used in medical clinical operations such as endoscopic procedures,interpretation of imaging results,and minimally invasive interventional training.At the same time,VR technology can also carry out cooperation drills through role modeling while operating training to improve the doctor-patient communication of medical students during the examination and cooperation with other operators.The application of VR technology in clinical internal medicine practice greatly improves the effect of clinical internal medicine practice and the learning interest of medical students,which is conducive to the improvement of the overall level of internal medicine teaching.
