摘　　要：目的探讨VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物分析仪准确性的影响因素及对策。方法对三例血培养的错误鉴定结果进行综合原因分析,从硬件设施、试剂耗材、操作程序等方面寻找鉴定错误的原因,对试剂耗材用标准菌株进行内质控程序。结果发现竹杆棉拭子制备上机鉴定的菌悬液会对VITEK 2 Compact的鉴定结果造成严重影响,菌株不纯、鉴定卡选择错误、菌悬液制备不当、超出鉴定范围等也会发生不同程度影响。结论使用全自动微生物分析仪时要严格按照操作要求进行,综合分析结果,对可疑结果应主动复核。Objective To explore the influencing factors and Countermeasures of the accuracy of VITEK 2 Compact automatic microbiological analyzer.Methods The causes of misidentification of three blood cultures were analyzed comprehensively.The reasons of misidentification were found from hardware facilities,reagent consumables,operation procedures and so on.The internal quality control program of standard strains for reagent consumables was carried out.Results It was found that the bacterial suspension prepared by bamboo cotton swab could seriously affect the identification results of VITEK 2 Compact.The impurity of strains,wrong card selection,improper preparation of bacterial suspension and beyond the scope of identification would also have different effects.Conclusion When using automatic microbiological analyzer,the operation requirements should be strictly followed,and the suspicious results should be checked actively by synthesizing the analysis results.
