分析宫腔镜下子宫黏膜下肌瘤电切术的效果

摘　　要：目的对宫腔镜下子宫黏膜下肌瘤电切术的效果进行分析。方法将本院在2019年10月—2020年8月期间接收的60例子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者随机分为试验组与对照组,每组患者各30例,对照组实施腹腔镜下子宫黏膜下肌瘤电切术治疗方案,而试验组对患者实施宫腔镜电切术治疗方案,将两组患者的手术治疗效果、治疗情况以及术后并发症发生情况进行对比。结果经对比后,试验组患者手术治疗效果显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者手术治疗情况(治疗时间以及术后住院时间)显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生情况对比(感染、宫腔积液、出血以及血栓)后,试验组明显少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者实施宫腔镜电切术治疗方案具有显著效果,不仅有利于提高治疗效果,而且对减少并发症发作机率具有积极意义。Objective To analyze the effect of hysteroscopic submucosal myoma resection.Methods 60 patients with submucous myoma in our hospital from October 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic resection of submucous myoma of uterus,while the experimental group was treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy,treatment and postoperative complications were compared.Results After comparison,the treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and there was a big difference between the two groups,and the comparison results were statistically significant(P<0.05);the surgical treatment of patients in the experimental group(treatment time and postoperative hospital stay)was significantly better than that of the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)The incidence of postoperative complications(infection,intrauterine effusion,bleeding and thrombosis)in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hysteroscopic resection for patients with submucous myoma of uterus has significant effect,not only to improve the treatment effect,but also to reduce the incidence of complications has a positive significance.
