输血前不规则抗体筛查与输血安全的重要作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨输血前不规则抗体筛查与输血安全的重要作用。方法将2018年3月—2020年6月我院收治的600例有输血可能的住院患者作为本研究的研究对象,在对患者进行输血前,检验人员需要使用DiaMedlgG卡对所有患者进行有效的输血前不规则抗体筛查,对筛查结果进行观察,并且还需要明确高危科室分布情况与影响因素。结果经筛查显示,15例患者为不规则抗体阳性,阳性率为2.50%;并且女性患者例数明显多于男性,并且孕妇的不规则抗体阳性率显著高于非孕妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。15例阳性患者中,7例为产科患者,3例为妇科患者,2例为骨外科患者,3例为内科患者;15例阳性患者中,12例患者存在输血史(80.00%),3例患者的抗体效价超过1/256(20.00%)。结论在对患者进行输血前若能够对其进行有效的不规则抗体筛查,能够有效的明确不规则抗体情况,从而在较大程度上提升受血者的输血安全。Objective To explore the important role of irregular antibody screening before blood transfusion and blood transfusion safety.Methods 600 patients with potential for blood transfusion admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to June 2020 were used as the research objects of this study.Before blood transfusion of the patients,the DiaMedlgG card was used by the examiner to perform effective blood transfusion for all patients Before irregular antibody screening,the screening results were observed,and the distribution of high-risk departments and influencing factors were clarified.Results Screening showed that 15 patients were positive for irregular antibodies,with a positive rate of 2.50%;and the number of female patients was significantly more than that of men,and the positive rate of irregular antibodies for pregnant women was significantly higher than that of non-pregnant women,with significant difference(P<0.05).Of the 15 positive patients,7 were obstetric patients,3 were gynecological patients,2 were orthopedic surgery patients,and 3 were internal medicine patients;of 15 positive patients,12 patients had a history of blood transfusion(80.00%),and 3 patients The patient's antibody titer exceeds 1/256(20.00%).Conclusion If effective irregular antibody screening can be performed on patients before blood transfusion,the irregular antibody situation can be effectively clarified,and the blood transfusion safety of the recipient can be improved to a large extent.
