腔内置管负压引流术治疗高位多间隙肛周脓肿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析高位多间隙肛周脓肿患者采用腔内置管负压引流术治疗效果,并随访复发率。方法选取2017年1月—2019年12月经本院确诊的高位多间隙肛周脓肿患者67例作为观察对象,按手术不同手术方法分为观察组和对照组,对照组33例予以常规肛周脓肿切开引流,观察组34例行腔内置管负压引流术。观察临床疗效、手术基本情况、术后随访情况及复发率。结果(1)临床疗效结果:观察组临床总有效率94.12%,高于对照组72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)康复情况:观察组创面愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组,且VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)随访:观察组随访复发率为5.88%,低于对照组23.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腔内置管负压引流术治疗高位多间隙肛周脓肿效果显著,可促进创面愈合,减轻疼痛,还可降低复发率。Objectiv To analyze the treatment effect of patients with high multi-space perianal abscess with negative pressure drainage with internal tube,and to follow up the recurrence rate.Methods 67 patients with high multi-space perianal abscess diagnosed by our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as observation objects.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into observation group and control group.33 cases in control group received routine perianal abscess.The abscess was incised and drained,and 34 cases in the observation group underwent negative pressure drainage with an endoluminal tube.Observe the clinical efficacy,basic operation conditions,postoperative follow-up and recurrence rate.Results The total effective rate of clinical curative effect in the observation group was 94.12%higher than that in the control group 72.73%(P<0.05).Comparing wound healing time and hospital stay,the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The follow-up recurrence rate in the observation group was 5.88%,which was lower than 23.52%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Negative pressure drainage with intraluminal tube is effective in treating high multi-space perianal abscess,which can promote wound healing,relieve pain,and reduce the recurrence rate.
