协同育人推进地方高校创新创业人才培养

摘　　要：协同育人战略背景下,高校创新创业人才的培养,具有重大现实意义,在该种发展模式下,双创人才培养体系更加多元,可以优化人才培养环境,让高校回归育人本质,彰显社会实践平台的供应功能,实现三方共赢。应强化“校政企协同”顶层设计,创新工作路径,全面推进地方高校、企业、政府、双创人才之间的统一联动,丰富高校管理体系,彰显育人特色。Under the background of collaborative education strategy,the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in universities is of great practical significance.Under this development mode,the cultivation system of innovation and entrepreneurship talents should more diversifi ed,should optimize the environment for talent cultivation,make higher education return to the essence of education,highlight the supply function of social practice platform,and achieve a win-win situation involving three parties.To this end,the following measures are suggested:strengthening the top-level design on the“collaboration involving the university,government and enterprise”,innovating the work path,comprehensively promoting the unified linkage between universities,enterprises,the government and entrepreneurship and innovation talents,enriching college management system,and highlighting the educational characteristics.
