摘  要:某矿山在开采设计中,经过详细技术经济比较后,选取了大直径深孔空场嗣后充填采矿法,设计生产能力1000万吨/年,为实现设计的生产规模,生产中应采用大采场结构参数。根据矿体的赋存条件和主应力方向,设计将矿体沿东西方向划分为宽度为40m的条形矿柱,生产时以平行矿柱为单位进行连续回采,这样可以使条形矿柱的长度方向平行于最大主应力方向,有利于采场的稳定。在平面上将东西方向的条形矿柱划分为40m×40m的正方形采场,中段高度为100m。由于采场设计尺寸较大,因此采场的稳定性直接影响到矿体的安全高效开采,而且将成为采矿方法能否成功实施的关键。针对该矿大规模开采下的采场稳定性问题,本文对该矿-450m中段四步回采周边围岩的应力状态及采场稳定性展开了研究。In the mining design of one Mine,after detailed technical and economic comparison,a large-diameter deephole open stope backfill mining method was selected,with a designed production capacity of 10 million t/a.In order to achieve the designed production scale,the large stope structure parameters are adopted.According to the occurrence conditions of the ore body and the main stress direction,the design divides the ore body into strip pillars with a width of 40m along the east-west direction.Continuous mining is carried out with parallel pillars as the unit,so that the length direction of the strip pillars can be parallel to the direction of the maximum principal stress,which is beneficial to the stability of the stope.The strip-shaped pillars in the east-west direction are divided into a square stope of 40m×40m with the height of the mining level of 100m.Due to the relatively large size of the stope design,the stability of the stope directly affects the safe and efficient of mining process,and it will become the key to the successful implementation of the mining method.According to the problem of stope stability under large-scale mining of the Mine,this paper studies the stress state of surrounding rock and stope stability of the four-step stoping in the mining level of-450m.
