摘 要:高纯度镍黄铁矿单矿物是硫化铜镍矿浮选研究的重要研究对象,但目前尚未建立完备的简易提取方法。相关研究多以黄铁矿等相似单矿物替代镍黄铁矿单矿物。本文采集金川硫化铜镍富矿石作为原料,利用不同单矿物的磁化率差异,通过梯度调控磁场强度,逐步剔除原料中除镍黄铁矿外的其它单矿物,制备了高纯度镍黄铁矿。这种简易的镍黄铁矿提取方法比人工合成法安全快捷,获得的镍黄铁矿产品可用于矿物浮选、矿物学、催化学等领域。Pentlandite with high purity is a kind of important research object in the flotation research of copper–nickel sulfide ore,but a simple and complete extraction method has not been established yet.In most studies,pyrite and other similar minerals were used as the substitute material.In this work,high grade copper–nickel sulfide ore of Jinchuan was collected as raw material,by using magnetic susceptibility difference of different single minerals,pure pentlandite was prepared via adjusting magnetic field intensity by gradient to gradually removing all single minerals except pentlandite.This simple extraction method of pentlandite is safer and faster than that of artificial synthesis,and the pentlandite product can be used in mineral flotation,mineralogy,catalysis and other fields.
