摘  要:某低品位难选氧化铅锌矿的原矿品位分别为铅3.34%、锌1.22%、金0.85g/t、银48.47g/t,铅、锌矿物氧化率分别为79.34%、86.07%,属深度氧化矿石、较为难选。本文在不脱泥的条件下,采用硫化浮选法、先铅后锌的工艺对该矿石进行了选矿工业试验,获得铅品位30.02%、回收率79.18%,金品位5.25g/t、回收率54.4%,银品位425.93g/t、回收率77.42%的总铅精矿;锌品位25.26%、回收率71.02%的锌精矿,实现了对该矿较为有效的分选。The raw ore grade of a low grade refractory oxidized lead-zinc ore is 3.34%,zinc 1.22%,gold 0.85 g/t,silver 48.47g/t,and the oxidation rates of lead and zinc minerals are 79.34% and 86.07% respectively.Under the condition of no desliming,the flotation process of sulfidation and the process of lead first followed by zinc were carried out in this paper.The results show that the lead grade is 30.02%,the recovery is 79.18%,the gold grade is 5.25 g/t,and the recovery is 54.4%,the total lead concentrate with silver grade 425.93g/t and recovery 77.42% and zinc concentrate with zinc grade 25.26% and recovery 71.02% were separated effectively.
