摘 要:本文采用碱浸-苛化工艺对高砷烟尘进行脱砷探究,在NaOH浓度为50g/L,Na;S用量为(Cu+Pb)摩尔数的1.3倍、浸出温度为90℃、浸出时间为2h,液固比为5.0最优条件下,As浸出率为85.61%,浸出渣中含铅45%,含铜5%,含锌3%,含As低于3%。碱浸渣可直接返回铅厂回收铅铜锌。碱浸液加入熟石灰用量按照Ca/As摩尔比3:1进行苛化处理,As的脱除率高达99%以上。再生碱浸液可返回碱浸工序,实现了高砷烟尘中As与其他有价金属的有效分离。In this paper,alkali leaching causticization process was used to remove arsenic from high arsenic dust.Under the optimal conditions of NaOH concentration of 50g/L,Na;S dosage of 1.3 times of (Cu + Pb) mole number,leaching temperature of 90℃,leaching time of 2h and liquid-solid ratio of 5.0,the leaching rate of as was 85.61%,the leaching residue contained 45% lead,5% copper,3% zinc and less than 3% as.Alkali leaching residue can be directly returned to lead plant to recover lead,copper and zinc.The removal rate of as can reach more than 99% by caustic treatment with Ca/As molar ratio of 3:1.The regenerated alkali leaching solution can be returned to the alkali leaching process,which can effectively separate as from other valuable metals in high arsenic dust.
