摘　　要：轧机系统是由各套精密且复杂的设备组合而成,轧机系统配置了AGC厚度控制系统、X射线厚度控制、板形控制、液压弯辊、平衡缸、压缩空气控制阀等控制装置,并配备二氧化碳自动灭火装置,轧辊分段冷却系统等。因此轧机设备的本体成体很高,为了延长设备使用寿命,相关的维护保养手段就显得尤其重要。本文主要讲述了设备的气动系统和液压系统的维护保养,另外还着重介绍了轴承的维护保养方法。The rolling mill system is composed of a set of precise and complex equipment,the rolling mill system is equipped with AGC thickness control system,X-ray thickness control,shape control,hydraulic roll bending,balance cylinder,compressed air control valve and other control devices,and equipped with carbon dioxide automatic fire extinguishing device,roll section cooling system.Therefore,the main body of the rolling mill equipment is very high.In order to extend the service life of the equipment,the relevant maintenance means are particularly important.This paper mainly describes the maintenance of the pneumatic system and hydraulic system of the equipment,and also focuses on the maintenance of bearings.
