摘　　要：本文是作者结合自己长年从事国有企业工程项目招标采购的经验体会,就如何借力《中华人民共和国招标投标法》修订的东风,助推国有矿山企业工程项目招标采购工作的发展,在研究分析痛点难点的基础上,思考提出的一些积极建议和可操作的方式方法。This paper is based on the author’s experience in bidding and procurement of engineering projects of state-owned enterprises for many years,and on how to take advantage of the east wind revised by the bidding law of the People’s Republic of China to promote the development of bidding and procurement of engineering projects of state-owned mining enterprises.On the basis of studying and analyzing the pain points and difficulties,the author thinks and puts forward some positive suggestions and operable methods.
