摘　　要：规划建设北京城市副中心,是千年大计、国家大事。建设大运河文化带,同样是党中央为传承中华文化、保护文化遗产作出的重要决策。习近平总书记就大运河文化保护传承利用和北京城市副中心建设都作出过重要指示批示。通州是京杭大运河的北端点,也是北京城市副中心所在地,两件大事交织融合,如何利用大运河文化赋能北京城市副中心建设,是值得深入探讨的时代课题。It is a millennium plan and national significance for China to plan and construct Beijing Municipal Administrative Center.The construction of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt is also an important decision made by the Communist Party of China Central Committee to inherit Chinese culture and protect the cultural heritage.Important instructions and decisions have been made by President Xi Jinping,on the protection,inheritance and utilization of the Grand Canal culture and the construction of Beijing Municipal Administrative Center.Tongzhou District of Beijing is the north end of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal,and also the home to Beijing Municipal Administrative Center.So,how to make use of the Grand Canal culture to empower the construction of Beijing Municipal Administrative Center,will be a subject of times,worthy of in-depth discussion.
