摘 要:文章针对船舶辅机设备实操教学存在安全风险大、自动评估方面不足等问题,将模糊综合评估算法应用于基于虚拟现实(VR)技术的船舶辅机设备实操拆装虚拟仿真系统的智能评估模块中。该算法基于专家评分规则,将拆装过程中的因素运用模糊数学理论进行量化,根据实操过程中各种评估指标的变化对实操结果进行实时评估,在案例验证中,通过该算法的船舶辅机实操自动评估结果与传统的实操评估方式的评分结果一致,验证了该算法的可行性。Aiming at the problems of high safety risk and insufficient automatic assessment in the practical teaching of ship auxiliary equipment,the article applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm to the virtual reality(Virtual Reality,VR)technology-based practical operation of ship auxiliary equipment.In the intelligent evaluation module of the simulation system.The algorithm is based on expert scoring rules.The factors in the process of disassembly and assembly are quantified using fuzzy mathematics theory,and the actual operation results are evaluated in real time according to the changes of various evaluation indicators during the actual operation.In the case verification,the ships passing the algorithm The automatic evaluation result of the auxiliary machine actual operation is consistent with the scoring result of the traditional actual operation evaluation method,which verifies the feasibility of the algorithm.
