摘  要:船用发电机组是船舶辅助动力系统中的关键设备,船舶电力系统长时间连续运行的可靠性关乎整个船舶的正常运行。随着船舶向着超大型化、自动化方向发展,其各部件和子系统越来越复杂。文章研究了船用发电机组的故障状态及故障原因,结合数据对其故障树进行了定性分析与定量计算,找出了日常维护中需重视的零部件,并运用灰色关联度分析法对故障模式进行了分析,确认了当前环境中对船用发电机组正常工作影响最大的故障模式,提高了船用发电机组检修与维护的效率。Marine generator sets are the key equipment in the ship's auxiliary power system.The long-term continuous operation of the ship's power system is related to the normal operation of the entire ship.With the development of ships in the direction of super-large and automated,its components and subsystems are becoming more and more complex.The article studies the failure status and failure causes of marine generator sets,combines the data to carry out qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation of its fault tree,finds out the parts that need to be paid attention to in daily maintenance,and uses the gray correlation analysis method to analyze the failure modes.The analysis confirmed the failure mode that has the greatest impact on the normal operation of the marine generator set in the current environment,and improved the efficiency of overhaul and maintenance of the marine generator set.
