摘 要:本文通过对国内外化学驱技术标准的梳理和分析,认为国内化学驱标准体系已基本建立,并形成多项具有自主知识产权的技术标准,为化学驱技术在国内油田的推广应用发挥了指导和支撑作用,但化学驱标准国际化工作相对滞后。为积极响应全球能源发展战略,提升我国化学驱技术和标准在国际石油行业的知名度和话语权,可以从完善我国化学驱标准体系、发布化学驱标准外文版、建设我国化学驱示范项目、推进我国与其他国家化学驱标准互认等方面尽快开展化学驱标准国际化工作,促成我国主导化学驱国际标准化组织,从而有力推动我国化学驱技术在全球范围内的推广应用,促进化石能源的高效开发。Based on the review and analysis of technical standards for chemical flooding at home and abroad, this paper concludes that the domestic chemical flooding standards system has been basically established, and has formed a series of technical standards with independent intellectual property rights, which has played a guiding and supporting role for the popularization and application of chemical flooding technology in domestic oil fields. However, the internationalization of chemical flooding standards relatively lags behind. To actively respond to the global energy development strategy and promote the reputation and active role of China’s chemical flooding technology and standards in the international petroleum industry, this paper proposes the international work of chemical flooding standards, including improving chemical flooding standards system, publishing the foreign version of chemical flooding standards, constructing chemical flooding demonstration projects, and promoting mutual recognition of chemical flooding standards between China and other countries, which would contribute to China’s active participation in the field of chemical flooding in ISO, so as to promote the application of China’s chemical flooding technology across the global and drive the efficient development of fossil energy.
