摘　　要：互联网和物联网技术的不断发展促进了人们生活方式的变化,智能产品也越来越多地进入人们的生活,智能微波炉、烤箱、蒸箱及组合型器具作为厨房网红产品更是受到消费者的喜爱。然而市面上的微波炉、烤箱、蒸箱、微蒸烤一体机等产品种类繁多且产品价格差距较大,各类产品智能化水平也是良莠不齐。T/CAS 449-2020《家用微波炉、烤箱、蒸箱及组合型器具智能水平评价技术规范》标准的发布与实施使该类产品有了统一的智能水平评价依据及标准。本文针对该标准的背景、构架和核心指标等进行了详细的解读。The continuous development of Internet and Internet of Things technology has promoted the change of people’s life style. More and more intelligent products have entered people’s life, and intelligent microwave oven, oven,steaming box and combined appliance as kitchen web celebrity products are favored by consumers. However, there are many kinds of such products on the market and the price gap is large, and the level of product intelligence is also uneven.The issue and implementation of the standard T/CAS 449-2020 makes this kind of products have a unified intelligence level evaluation basis and standard. This paper discusses and interprets the background, framework and core indexes of the standard.
