摘　　要：应用接触式轮廓仪对机械工件进行测量,得到工件在水平状态下的测量数据,这些数据是平面坐标数据,如何通过数据给出工件的具体尺寸?如槽口宽度、圆弧半径、圆心距、弧长、斜线段长及夹角、人字形线的高度等等。本文首先利用测量数据绘制工件的轮廓线,然后构建数学模型求解出工件轮廓线的各项特征数据,解决工件尺寸标注问题。The contact profilometer is used to measure the mechanical workpiece,and the measured data of the workpiece in the horizontal state are obtained.These data are plane coordinate data.How to give the specific size of the workpiece through the data?Such as notch width,arc radius,center distance,arc length,oblique line length and angle,herringbone line height,etc.In this paper,the contour line of the workpiece is drawn by using the measured data,and then the mathematical model is constructed to solve the feature data of the contour of the workpiece,so as to solve the problem of workpiece dimensioning.
